Just so you know I never give anybody a five stars that would be Nobody's Perfect and they did a good job in a couple hours yes it did cost a lot the pump is what was wrong and I appreciate it what they did for me it was the pump is not cheap so thanks to all of them at SC cool

I took my 2014 Ram 1500 in to have my AC looked at. It was blowing hot air. Unfortunately the compressor locked up. Chris gave me the estimate and said he could have it completed the following afternoon. A new compressor, condenser and fresh R1234 Freon and It's ice cold again! I also got it when promised. Thanks Chris!!

I've done a lot of work on my own vehicles over the years. It's apparent to me when someone really knows what they are doing. They were reasonable and had everything finished in one day even though it needed a lot. It's unbelievable how well the AC works now. Guess I'd gotten used to it being weak for many years.

Best place for A/C service!I was referred to SC Auto Air by a trusted friend who said they were experts at what they do. From the first contact with Chris, every good thing I heard was confirmed. Chris and the staff, did everything they said they would and exceded my already high expectations. They diagnosed my problem, replaced only what needed to be replaced and told me the other components were in good shape and could last for quite some time. My old 1997 Honda runs like a top for a 200k+ mile car because I value regular maintenance very highly. But the A/C started having issues. Chris and his team repaired it right the first time and now it's like driving a new car with the air working better than it has in 20 years. If you need your A/C checked out, look no further. Chris was extremely helpful and did what needed to be done (:I've been having issues with my AC I've gotten it "fixed" twice and the place I went to before was only doing the bare minimum basically putting a bandage over it. purchased a 2017 car under a warranty contract 2 days later had to activate the contract for a new Air conditioner. The warranty people were dragging their feet all while Chris kept making contact with them keeping me updated , trying to push the work to be done.
